C&A is built on the high-caliber experience (over 35 years) of Dr. Walter Collier in designing and conducting social and management science research studies. A hands-on executive, he gives personal and detailed attention to all client projects. His philosophy is that research should be consumer-friendly with practical recommendations for client decision-making and action. He has published numerous works on evaluation research, drug treatment, criminal justice and HIV/AIDS. His expertise has been used to conduct management training seminars and workshops.
