Walter
V. Collier, D.P.A.,
President/Senior Researcher
C&A is built on the high-caliber experience (over
35 years) of Dr. Walter Collier in designing and conducting social and
management science research studies. A hands-on executive, he gives
personal and detailed attention to all client projects. His philosophy
is that research should be consumer-friendly with practical recommendations
for client decision-making and action. He has published numerous works
on evaluation research, drug treatment, criminal justice and HIV/AIDS.
His expertise has been used to conduct management training seminars
and workshops. Do you need grant money? Recent proposals written by
Dr. Collier received funding (two historically Black colleges) from
the Lilly Foundation for almost 4 million dollars.
